Huntingdon

This high-rise building is the first luxury condominium project constructed in Houston.  Its location in River Oaks made it the perfect retirement residence for a couple downsizing from their large house nearby.  Their desire was to transition to one story living without giving up the elegance and comfort of their prior home.  Quiet attention to accessibility and comfort informed every decision regarding flow and function.  Ample storage, beautifully detailed woodwork and cabinetry, as well as the scale of rooms afforded by the structure of the building, all came together to become this gracious home.
